To place an order on our platform, you must be a resident of Nepal or purchasing for delivery within the geographic territory of Nepal.
If you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Pricing Transparency: All prices listed on the website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). In accordance with the E-Commerce Act, prices explicitly state if they are inclusive or exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and any additional local delivery charges before checkout. No hidden charges will be applied.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display product specifications, dimensions, features, and colors accurately. If a product delivered does not materially conform to the description provided on our platform, you hold an unconditional right to return it (see Section 6).
Stock Availability: Product availability is updated regularly. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you within 24 to 48 hours and issue a full refund if payment was already made.
When you click "Place Order" or "Confirm Purchase," you enter into a legally valid electronic contract with Bamboo Bazar Pvt. Ltd., as recognized by the E-Commerce Act, 2081 and Electronic Transactions Act, 2063.
An order confirmation email/SMS does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders in instances of clear pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery challenges shutdowns beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Delivery Areas: We deliver to locations across Nepal, subject to the accessibility of our delivery partners.
Timeline: Estimated delivery times will be specified during checkout (e.g., 2–3 working days inside Kathmandu Valley, 5–7 working days outside).
Risk of Loss: We take responsibility for any damage or loss of goods that occurs during transit up until the point of physical delivery to your specified address.
In strict compliance with Chapter 3 of Nepal's E-Commerce Act, our policy is as follows:
Right to Return: If a product is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match the description listed on our website, you have the right to return it within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Return: The item must be returned unused, undamaged, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Full Refund: Upon verifying the validity of the return, we will issue a full refund (including any taxes paid) within 7 to 15 days. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or a mutually agreed bank transfer/digital wallet.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We accept payments via licensed digital payment mechanisms approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, ConnectIPS, or Visa/Mastercard).
We do not store your financial data or card details on our servers; all payments are securely routed through certified payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also accepted for eligible locations.

In accordance with the prevailing data protection laws of Nepal, your data will not be shared, sold, or leaked to third parties without your explicit consent, except to facilitate delivery or as mandated by law.
Users are strictly prohibited from using this platform to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or ratings.
Interfere with the website’s technical security infrastructure.
Violate the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 by uploading malicious software, hacking, or attempting data breaches.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal (including the Consumer Court).
